Mission Statement
In September 2003, with direct support from the US Government and Tbilisi, Kvali opened the Education Advising Center (EAC) in Tbilisi. This 3,600 square ft. center caters to the needs of all students in Georgia who are interested in persuing their education in US Universities. Additionally it serves as a major hosting family for visiting scholars, students and educators by providing them temporary working space, free high speed internet access and more.

Georgian students are free to visit the Center without advanced notice. You simply need to sing in before using our services, which include:
• Library, housing, important information about the USA Universities, Application Process,
Financial Aid and more;
• Training materials for Computer-Based Standard Tests (TOEFL, GRE, GMAT);
• CDs on US University Searching, Admission Process, Distance Education, etc.
• Lectures on the USA education system;
• Guidance in information searching about the US Universities.
• High speed Internet access for US University information searching and application submissions.
Of particular interest and value to Georgian students is a website, specifically developed and maintained by EAC staff, for those who want to continue their higher education in U.S. Universities.
